How do I post my music for sale
Simply contact us, indicating your desire to sell your music. A representative will contact you, giving your further details of our program.
What are the payment options?
Jamaicathings.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Cashiers' Check/Money Order Jamaicathings.com accepts cashiers' check and money orders written by United States banks only. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. PayPal: Jamaicathings.com accepts PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days.
How do I place an order?
By clicking on the title of any product you will be given a more detailed description of that product. Once you have decided to buy a product, click on the "Add to cart" text. The selected item will be automatically added to your electronic shopping cart and the items in your cart will then be displayed in the "Shopping Cart". The items purchased will be displayed in "Your Cart" summary page: "Your Shopping Cart" summary page displays all items that you have added during your online shopping session. At this stage you can continue shopping, update the quantities of the items you have purchased, or alternatively pay for your selected items by clicking the "Check Out" button.

"Checkout" page:
If you are a registered member, and have already made entries in your address book, the addresses will appear here. If you do not have entries in your address book, or if you are a new member, you will be prompted to input your billing and shipping address. Select ‘Next', to be taken to the shipping options page. You will then be taken to the payment options page. If you selected Credit Card, the next step is to enter your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, payment details. When you have completed your payment details and are ready to submit your order, press the "Submit" button. Your details will then be sent to our secure database servers for processing. An email confirming the receipt of your order will be sent to your email address.

Changing Quantities and Removing items:
You change the quantity of the items you wish to purchase by entering the desired quantity in appropriate area, and clicking the "Update" button. Additionally, you can remove items from "Your shopping cart" by checking the box to the left of row of the item you wish to delete, then clicking the "Delete" button for that item.

New customers:
During the purchasing process, you will be given an opportunity to register with Jamaicathings.com Becoming a registered user provides you with a number of advantages. These include:

  • What is your return policy?
    All unopened items may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping. Opened DVDs, may be exchanged if the product is damaged. Contact us at (888) 222-9197 for your return authorization.

    Please note the following:

  • Returned items must be in their original state
  • All items must be received by Jamaicathings.com within fourteen days (14) of the date of purchase.

    Replacement item(s) will only be shipped after the defective item has been received by Jamaicathings.com.

  • What are the shipping options?
    Jamaicathings.com uses FedEx to ship all packages. FedEx is renowned for its reliability, and the company offers an order tracking facility which enables you to track your package at every stage in the shipping process.
    What countries do you ship to?
    We only ship physical products within the United States. Customers outside the United States are still able to purchase electronic products such as eBooks, audio and video files, as they can be delivered directly to the customers computer.
    How do I know if a product is available?
    Typically all items shown on our website are in stock unless stated otherwise in the item information section. There may be some occasions where stock quantities have being incorrectly entered into our system thus showing an item being available when it is not. If this should occur, we will inform you of the problem, at which time you will have the opportunity to make a substitution or cancel your order. If you have concerns about the availability of a product, call us at (888)222-9197. One of our customer service representatives will assist you.
    Is my information private?
    Jamaicathings.com will not sell the information you have provided us. You will only receive communication from our website if you have chosen to receive such communication, and when we make general announcements to our customers.
    Is Your Website Secure?
    All personal data and credit card details is transmitted via our website is encrypted using 128bit encryption via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Jamaicathings.com uses Geotrust security certificates on our SSL servers to ensure the highest level of security generally available. Use of this technology ensures that your data can only be read by the intended recipient. Should the data be intercepted by a 3rd party, the data's content is not legible.
